Students can renew their borrowings if they appear within the due date to the library.
A student can renew his/her collection up to a maximum of 2 times if the document(s) is/are not in demand by others.
Teaching staff (Teachers who are in substantive post, SACT, Librarian, GLI) can borrow 6 books at a time for 180 days. Visiting Teachers can borrow 3 books at a time for 30 days.
Non-teaching staff can borrow 3 books at a time for 30 days.
An overdue charge of 50 paise will be levied for each day this book is kept over time.
Books lost, or defaced in any way shall have to be replaced by the borrowers.
